 Yes, all devices are unlocked and you can use any carrier like Rogers, Fido, Telus, Bell, etc.

 

  • Can I use my current sim card on your phone? 

Yes our phones are unlocked and can be used with any network carrier

 

  • Will your phone work outside Canada?

 Yes, all our phones works outside Canada

 

  • Do you offer Free Shipping Across Canada?

Yes, we offer free shipping across Canada.


  • Is Accidental and water Damage Coverage by Warranty? 

Any damage due to drops or water damage is not covered under warranty.

 

  • Are The Photos posted for the Actual Phone For Sale?

Yes, we use actual photos and update them regularly when a phone is sold or when we get new phones in stock.

 

  • Do you use OEM parts for repair? 

No, but we use high-quality parts that are backed by a warranty

 

  • Do you sell repaired devices? 

Most of our phones are never repaired. Only our refurbished category devices have never gone through any repair. We mention what component of the phone is repaired in the description.

 

  • Does your phone come with a warranty?

All our phones are backed by a 90-day warranty. We don't cover physical and water damage. All issues related to charging, speakers, battery, etc are all covered in the warranty

 

  •  Can I return the device back?

 You can return your order within 15 days of purchase and get a complete refund or exchange with another device. Please contact us at 403-977-5164 to exchange or return your device.

Note: Please make sure the phone is in similar condition.

 

  • What is included with the phone?

We include a third-party charging cable and adapter block with all devices and some phones come with the original box.

 

  • Do we buy/ trade-in devices?

Yes, we do buy and trade-in phones but we only buy phones close to excellent condition, and with no issues to make sure we can keep the quality of phones that we are selling.
